What are the comments needed for?
You can add a comment to your order if you have additional requests, such as the OS, software, or hardware installation if it is not mentioned in the order. Moreover, you may request to wire the servers into a LAN, or migrate data from one server to another, etc.
How can I add a comment?
At the second stage of placing an order (after the payment method choice), add your comment to the Your Order's Comment field.
You may also submit a ticket to the customer care department and leave a comment about your order. Our specialists will add it to your order on their side.
