The Client has the right to:

  1. Receive the full root access to the server once it is activated.
  2. Install and use any software on their VPS/dedicated server if it is legal and does not violate the current copyright regulations and related rights under the law of European Union, and the United States, as well as ethics and moral standards.
  3. Place up to 100 domains on the Company's DNS servers. The limit can be increased up to 300 domains per account if the client can justify such a technical necessity.

The Client is not allowed to:

  1.   Resell the Company's services.
  2.   Build their own DNS support services or domain parking based on DNS support services provided by FastVPS Eesti OU.
  3.   Resell the DNS support services provided by FastVPS Eesti OU in any form (e.i. by transferring credentials or via API).
  4.   Use the DNS support services provided by FastVPS Eesti OU to redirect users to unlawful sites that violate the current copyright regulations and related rights under the law of the European Union, and the United States, as well as ethics and moral standards.
  5. Use non-existent email addresses, mailbomb, and spam via email, forums, guest books, and any online communities.
  6. Add new IP addresses to the servers on their own.*

The Client recognizes their responsibility to:

  1. Be fully responsible for using the server once they get the full access to it.
  2. Ensure that all the materials and links, software, and content do not violate the current copyright regulations and related rights under the law of the European Union, and the United States, as well as ethics and moral standards.
  3. Be fully responsible for the endorsements published on their VPS / dedicated server and actions directed against the Company or other users in cynical or other unacceptable forms contradicting generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.*
  4. Address all the server's performance-related issues via the ticket system. Provide all the related information when sending a request.
  5. Act on complaints immediately.
  6. Be financially liable for misusing BIOS settings that might cause damage to the Data Center equipment of the Company. Such a damage must be recovered in full within pretrial or court proceedings.
  7. Pay the fine for unblocking (except for the first time) if the server is blocked on a complaint or due to other reasons more than once a month (scan of the network, incoming and outgoing DDoS attacks).

 

*If the Client evades these responsibilities, the Company has a right to block the Client's server.
