What is the uptime of the servers?

The uptime of all our virtual servers is 99%.

If your server is unavailable due to technical reasons, we will extend your server's rental period free of charge by twice as long as its period of unavailability.

We do not guarantee the uptime of our dedicated servers because we don't have constant access to them.

When we activate the server, we email its password to the Client so that they could change it.

Server status monitoring is the responsibility of the Client or their administrator.

All the servers that we rent out are unmanaged. However, the host nodes that virtual servers are based on are connected to monitoring systems, and our specialists monitor the performance of the equipment 24/7.
