Following the demands of our customers, we have developed the FASTCARE service — crash responsive dedicated servers and VPS monitoring with a response to inaccessibility of the server by our technical support engineers.
As part of this service, we take the availability of your server and one specific site on it under our control. If our monitoring system detects a problem, we will notify you about the incedent, and, depending on the chosen plan, we will take steps to troubleshoot.
