Why don't you offer full system administration services on a regular basis?
FASTVPS leases dedicated physical or virtual servers with full root access to clients with no system administration. We don't monitor the operation of servers, their software, websites, or their components (physical dedicated servers). We do not perform data back-ups or any other activities. It is the clients' responsibility as servers' administrators. According to the Statement of Customer Support, we provide support using a ticket system on request only. How do you process tickets?
Depending on availability, all our specialists process tickets on the first-in, first-out principle.
