Failover IP is an additional IP address that you can move from one server to another. You can order such an IP for any dedicated server and switch it between dedicated servers.
How can I order a Failover IP?
Please submit a ticket using the server for which you need a Failover IP. Our specialists will issue an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you will get a Failover IP.
How much does a Failover IP cost?
The Failover IP fee is €9.9/month (per IP) + + installation fee of €29.99.
Do I need to purchase a flexi-pack for all the servers that use the Failover IP?
No, the flexi-pack is obligatory only for the server for which you ordered a Failover IP. You do not need the flexi-pack for those servers where you want to use the Failover IP.
