Hosting of HYIP-related projects on VPS and dedicated servers is strictly prohibited. These projects include affiliate programs, monitorings, etc.

The reason is that HYIP (High Yield Investment Program) projects appear as if they are operating as legitimate investments, but in fact they frauds that promise investors incredible returns in short periods of time at no risk to the investors. In fact, HYIP projects are Ponzi schemes that generate returns for earlier investors with funds taken from later investors.
