Do you store additional log files / back-up files of my server?Nothing works on the server. Unfortunately, we do not store any log files, except for those that you keep on your server. Moreover, we do not automatically back up your data on your dedicated servers. It is technically impossible with such large amounts of data.

We create technical back-ups of VPS servers. However, we cannot guarantee that they will help to recover all your files.

We do not have credentials for your server. According to the Agreement, we do not administrate servers, so you, as a client, are solely responsible for your server's security and the safety of your data.

NB! We can allocate storage space to you on our backup server and help with the initial backup setup.
