How do I update my contact details?
- Individuals can update contact details of the main user (email, phone number, address) by sending a request to the customer care department. To update contact details of the main user, you will have to verify your identity.
Important: You cannot change the main user's full name because it will mean that the account has a new owner.. - Legal entities can send a request to the customer care department to update the following:
- Contact details of the main user (email, phone number, address).
- Full name of the main user.
- Company details.
Improtant: A change of a taxpayer identification number (TIN) means that a new company owns the account.
How do I add an additional user or change his or her contact details?
Go to My account -> My users -> click on the Edit button, make changes and click on the Save button.
Go to My account -> My users -> click on the Add new user button.
